Yes! Most eSIM-compatible devices support dual SIM functionality, allowing you to use both your physical SIM and eSIM simultaneously. This means you can keep your home number active for calls and texts while using the eSIM for data abroad, avoiding expensive roaming charges.

Your eSIM plan validity starts when you first connect to a mobile network in your destination country. You can install the eSIM before your trip, but it won't activate until you turn on mobile data at your destination. This gives you the flexibility to prepare in advance without wasting any days of your plan.

If you run out of data before your plan expires, you can easily top up by purchasing additional data through our website or app. We'll also send you notifications when you're running low on data so you can top up before running out. You can monitor your usage in real-time through your device settings.

Our eSIM plans are data-only, which means they don't include traditional voice calls or SMS. However, you can use data-based apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, FaceTime, Skype, or other VoIP services to make calls and send messages over the internet. We offer a full refund if your eSIM hasn't been installed or activated yet. Once the QR code has been scanned and the eSIM is installed on your device, the plan cannot be refunded as it's been activated. If you experience any technical issues, our support team is available 24/7 to help resolve them.
